CCU-300 Water-Based Cementitious Urethane Trowelable

CCU – 300 is a three component, water – based, urethane cement flooring system. CCU – 300 is a troweled system installed at ¼” or greater formulated to withstand harsh conditions. Can be applied up to 1″ thick. The thicker the application the better the thermal and impact resistance.

CXT-392G Water-Based Aliphatic Polyurethane
CXT – 392 is a two component, water – based aliphatic (non – yellowing) polyurethane. CXT – 392 has excellent performance properties and is free of the health and environmental problems normally found in solvent – based urethanes.

CXT – 392 polyurethane provides a gloss finish and provides good chemical, stain and mar resistance. In addition, it is easy to clean and has excellent color retention under heavy foot traffic.

CXT – 393 is high performance, two component , chemical resistant, extremely high solids aliphatic polyurethane coating.  CXT – 393 has low VOC’s and meets all federal and state environmental air quality standards. The high gloss or satin finish offers excellent abrasion resistance, chemical and stain resistance. Ideal for vertical or horizontal surfaces.

CXT – 395 is a two component , high solids , polyaspartic polyurea designed to provide high gloss, UV stable (non – yellowing), high temperature resistance and chemical resistant protection. CXT – 395 is a superior new generation product exhibiting fast cure time and excellent stain resistance. CXT – 395 has very low odor and can be applied indoors in occupied areas. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the shelf life of epoxy?

We recommend using the material within 12 to 18 months.  If the Part A has crystallized, it can be heated up to eliminate the crystals. Please contact our Technical Support at 855-827-8500 ext. 100.

Can I use the resin from one of your products, with the hardener of another?

No, each product has a specific resin and hardener.

Can I apply Corvixx Products to Green Concrete?

Yes, all of our products can be applied to green concrete by first using our MoisturEnd Primer.

Do your products have a strong odor?

No, our products have little to no odor.

Why didn’t the epoxy harden?

When mixing, be sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the container.  If the material is not mixed completely, it will not cure.

Why is my epoxy coating system failing?

Some reasons may be:

  • Moisture Vapor Transmission
  • Poor Surface Preparation
  • Contaminated Substrate
